As a soon-to-be-58-year-old in grad school, I need as much clarity of mind as I can find.  I’ve made many discoveries in this program. One of the first is – I’m an introvert. I can be outgoing and social and extroverted as they come in public, but as soon as I’m home, I close the door and happily re-enter my peaceful and sweetly silent world.
Silence nurtures me. It offers a fertile field for my creative imaginings. I believe we all need a safe, sacred space to cultivate peace and inspiration. What’s yours? more »
